At XING I led design and product management for the communication systems: email systems, notifications, social features, and user activity growth. At Container xChange I scaled reusable product patterns through the design system and led UX for a new business intelligence product. At Solvares I design the product foundations and lead AI adoption.

Outside client work I build my own products end to end, in code. That is where I test what these tools can actually do, and it keeps my technical judgment current.
